Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts

We have helped hundreds of families in the management of their important family concerns by drafting their Wills, Living Wills, and Durable Limited and General Powers of Attorney.

Trusts

We draft Special Needs Trusts, Life Insurance Trusts, Revocable Living Trusts, and Irrevocable Living Trusts.

Estates

If you have been appointed an executor of an estate, we can assist you with probating the will, collecting and valuing the assets, paying the income and inheritance taxes and distributing the assets of the estate. In the event of a dispute, we can represent you in court with our usual thorough and determined representation. We can also provide assistance in the event of the necessity for appointment of a guardian.

Business and Corporate Law

We provide assistance in the formation of partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies. We also work with the accountants for our clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, the negotiation of buy-sell agreements, and in passing family businesses from one generation to another. We further help with enforcement of covenants not to compete and other contractual issues.

Real Estate

We represent clients in the purchase, sale, and financing of residential and commercial real estate. We also advocate for owners of real estate in title disputes, boundary disputes, and right-of-way issues.

Adoptions

As part of our comprehensive family law practice, we also assist with all forms of adoptions of children.
